I know I need to eat more omega-3 and fish are an important source, but I must admit that possible mercury contamination of fish has made me a little scared off. This is where the nuts. In fact, if the country could achieve 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables every day, we see a huge drop in heart disease, cancer, hypertension and more. So find a way to eat a more veggie or fruit this week, then add another next week until you get to 9 servings. The emphasis on leafy vegetables or deeply stained for the best.

4. Water

Water is good for you. This seems pretty basic. There is some disagreement in the medical world where tons of water to drink is really a good idea, but then they sort to stay focused on the water. Your goal should be to drink your water main. This way, you will drink no calories, no chemical drink throughout the day instead of many high-calorie, high-chemical alternatives.

5. Fresh berries

Fresh berries are packed full of antioxidants and other chemicals that your body can use to make repairs and prevent damage caused by aging. Furthermore, berries taste really, really well. Remember to eat your berries without sugar or sauces. Enjoy crude for their kindness.

6. Green Tea

Green tea has been an extra long life in Asia for thousands of years. It is a great thing to work in your daily life. Green tea contains high concentrations of only chemicals that your body needs. Green tea is cheap, delicious and gives a gentle nudge (and sweet) Energy caffeine.
